Delivery Information

At Konfidence, we use a range of methods and delivery companies to send you your order, according to the best available. We will always endeavour to fulfil all orders according to the delivery option available. If ordering outside of the UK and in exceptional circumstances we may contact you regarding an increased delivery cost if shipping to more exotic/unusual destinations.  At this point you will be entitled to a full refund, should you not wish to pay the increase.

Please Note: delivery times are quoted as approximate times only and are not guaranteed due to Royal Mail and Courier services being affected by staff shortages. 

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm on the same day (depending on stock availability).

Any orders placed after 1pm will normally be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after 1pm on Thursdays will be dispatched on the following Monday (unless this is a bank holiday, in which case it will be dispatched on Tuesday).

When will I receive my order?

Once your order is dispatched, it will be handled by our chosen delivery partner. The guidelines for when to expect delivery of your order based on the service you chose are outlined below. If you selected a tracked service, you will be emailed a tracking number upon dispatch.
