Despite our best efforts, we recognise that there are times when you may not be completely happy with the product that you have received in the post. The peril of buying something on the internet is that you can’t pick it up or try it on, so when it arrives it might be a bit big or a bit small. It might not look quite how you thought, or you might decide that you actually want it in a different colour.

If any of those things happen to you when you shop with Konfidence, don’t worry. Our ‘no quibble’ guarantee means that all you have to do is give us a call or send us an email, let us know what the problem is, and we’ll happily replace the item (at no charge to yourself) or give you a full refund. All we ask is that you return the unwanted product to us so that someone else might enjoy it in the future!
